FRAMES

What are the three numerical values when reading measurements?

There are three measurements listed for each of our frames. The first number is the width of a single lens, the second is the width of the nose bridge and the final number is the length of the temple (the arm piece extending from the frames that goes over your ears). These numbers can also be found on the glasses itself.

Will the frames fit perfectly?

Each style is different and suits a variety of sizes. Some of our frames suit round a face and others a wider face. Our frames are ONE Size and should fit you nicely however, if not we can exchange them for you. Should you need small adjustments made, you can visit your local optical store.

Does the website have any other brands of glasses?

Ivory Mason only sells our original eyewear. We’re proud of our products and don’t want to sell any other brands. It’s our goal to help you stand out from the crowd just by being yourself.

What are your glasses made of?

Our frames are made using the highest quality materials and fabrication techniques ensuring that they are comfortable on both your face and your character. We like to experiment with woods and high-end plastics to produce a unique and stylish combination.

Are there more colors available than what is listed on the website?

Our inventory is constantly being updated on the website. We often have limited edition designs that have been produced in low quantities, however these come and go. Whatever you see on the website, is what’s available. However, don’t be discouraged if you can’t find what you’re looking for because we’ll let you know when we restock. If you see a style of frames you like, but don’t see the color options, we can often customize them for you. For additional info, email us, info@ivorymason.com

 

LENSES

What is the most effective way to clean the lenses?

For minor smudging on a day-to-day basis we suggest using the cleaning cloth provided with your eyewear.

Can I turn my Ivory Mason glasses into prescription glasses?

Absolutely! ivory + mason now allows your to customize any of our frames with either prescription or reading lenses. 

SUNGLASSES

Are sunglasses available in different sizes?

Just like our stylish optical eyewear, our sunglasses are only available in one size. Should you need adjustments visit your local optical store.

Can prescription lenses be put into my sunglasses?

Definitely! Again, ivory + mason now allows your to customize any of our frames with prescription. Please inquire at info@ivorymason.com

POLARIZED/POLARIZED W/ AR

I ordered Polarized/Polarized + AR sunglasses and its been 5 days. Why haven’t they shipped yet?

 Almost all of our Polarized / Polarized + AR / Mirror frames have to be made at the lab.

We choose precision lenses and need to have them fitted locally to ensure the highest quality.

 

PRESCRIPTION OPTICAL & RX SUNGLASSES

 

The prescription glasses I ordered are wrong, I can't see a thing! 

Our lab processes Prescription Lenses exactly as they are ordered on the website. Before contacting us, make sure you entered all the necessary information including ALL " + "  and  " - " symbols.

Can I change my order?

Our shipping department processes orders quickly, however we would like to be able to accommodate you and make any changes to your order. The most effective way to modify or cancel an order is to Email us: info@ivorymason.com

 

DISCOUNTS

I placed an order for the first time and didn’t get 20% off, would you please adjust my order?

Ivory Mason wants you to be able to take advantage of our discounts, however, offers may not be combined. If you used one discount code, IM20 will not work.

Where can orders be shipped?

Ivory Mason ships all orders using USPS anywhere in the Continental United States. Additional fees may be added for purchases going to Alaska or Hawaii. We can ship internationally but an agent will contact you after purchase to give you a quote.

How long does it take to get my new eyeglasses?

Our fulfillment center prints your packing slip and shipping label together and orders may take up to 2 business days to process before being shipped. You can expect to receive your new eyewear within 5 business days from purchase.

How long does it take to get my new prescription eyeglasses?

Our fulfillment center prints your packing slip and shipping label together and orders may take up to 2 business days to process. Prescription eyewear can take up to 10 business days and 2-3 business days for shipping.

Do you have faster shipping methods?

Going on a trip or have an important meeting coming up? Give us a call at 877.659.8347 Monday through Friday, 10am–5 pm PST, to talk about the expedited shipping options. If you have ordered prescription eyewear, our lab charges an additional $25 to expedite your order

How long does it take to get my new engraved eyeglasses?

Engraved eyewear can take up to 10 business days including 2-3 business days for shipping.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Ivory Mason wants you to love your new eyewear.  But, if you aren’t 100% satisfied we will allow you to return your items within 30 days from your date of purchase. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO RETURN, THROUGH returns@ivorymason.com. Any eyewear sent to ivory + mason with out prior approval will not be accepted. 

Please note, any eyewear must be returned in its original packaging to prevent any issues with USPS. Once we return the items, they will be checked for any damage and/or scratches. If the frames are in tiptop shape we will issue you a refund. Ivory Mason does not accept returns on any eyewear that has been engraved.  Prescription eyewear may be returned, however we will not refund the cost of prescription lenses. 

I purchased optical's with Rx and my initials engraved on them, Can I return them?

Unfortunately, Ivory Mason does not accept returns on any eyewear that has been engraved. Prescription eyewear may be returned, but since you’ve had engraving, we cannot offer you a refund

How long does it take for me to receive a refund?

Refunds may take up to 5 business days and may take 7-10 business days to appear on your account. Please contact your bank or credit card company for time frame as processing time may vary.

How do I start the procedure for exchanging eyewear?

It’s simple. Give us a call at 877.659.8347, 10am - 5pm PST, or send an email to info@ivorymason.com so we can start the process. If the price of the new pair is equal to the pair you are returning, our returns department will email you a return label to send back your eyewear. Otherwise we will contact you to take care of the difference. Please note, any eyewear must be returned in its original packaging to prevent any issues with USPS. Once we receive your eyewear, we will check them and send you out your exchange. 

What if the eyewear I ordered is a different price then the pair I’d like to exchange them with?

If the price of the new pair is equal to the pair you are returning, our returns department will email you a return label to send back your eyewear. Otherwise we will contact you to take care of the difference.

What is your policy for glasses shipped outside the US?

If you would like to return your Ivory Mason eyewear you may do so within 30 days. For glasses sent outside the US we do not cover the return shipping cost. Should you wish to exchange them then we won’t charge you for the new shipment.

I sent you a broken pair of glasses, would you tell me how long it will take to fix them?

All and any exchanges must first be authorized through returns@ivorymason.com prior to being sent to our offices. Ivory Mason is not responsible for packages returned without an authorization and/or a RMA number.

Where outside of the US do you ship?

Ivory Mason ships eyewear globally. Since rates vary by country, we ask out international customers to submit their address for a quote. An agent will contact you within 48 hours to give you a quote. For Quotes please email sales@Ivorymason.com with your Name, Address, and order number if you have already made your purchase.

HELPING OTHERS

Do you actually donate a pair of glasses for every one sold?

Yes! For each pair of Ivory Mason eyewear sold we donate a pair to a visually impaired child. We have partnerships with amazing charities including Baby2Baby and The Center for the Partially Sighted. One out of four children need glasses and we want to help in the best way we can!

 

WARRANTY

If you experience a manufactures defect in the materials or workmanship of your ivory + mason eyewear, we offer a warranty for up to 30 days from the purchase date and replace the product at no charge. ivory + mason eyewear has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects.

ivory + mason eyewear will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our online store. If you purchased the product from one of our online retailers, please contact them directly. Questions about verification should be sent to info@ivorymason.com

This warranty lasts up to 90 days from the purchase date. This warranty covers all parts of your ivory + mason product, excluding lenses and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty. The warranty program does not cover products that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or any other damages incurred from the user.

The warranty does cover the Prescription frames, but does NOT cover prescription lenses. Please do not return any frames with your prescription lenses inserted, that have not been fulfilled by ivory + mason. We are not responsible for any prescription lenses that arrive into the ivory + mason warranty center.

For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of ivory + mason eyewear. ivory + mason eyewear is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. Note: some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.
